    Ever since I started Menopause, it has sometimes been hard for me to get a good night’s rest consistently. I can hardly get comfortable enough to fall back asleep in between experiencing night sweats and overall restlessness at random times throughout the night. 

    But one of the techniques that I have found that has improved my sleep quality immensely is intermittent fasting. You may not realize it, but how you eat and when and how you fast greatly impact your sleep quality.
