Meet Heike

Once upon a time, I was in a 9-to-5 grind, just like some of you might be now, feeling stuck and longing for something – more adventure, more fulfillment, more me. So, I took a leap and moved to Washington, D.C., a city brimming with opportunity.

In 1992, I stumbled into a fitness class that flipped my world upside down—in the best way possible. I found my passion, something I never expected, and it became my life’s mission.

Fast forward a bit, and there I was, opening my own boutique Pilates studio. Along this journey, I’ve balanced being a mom and an entrepreneur, tackled challenges from bodybuilding to Ironman Triathlons, and learned invaluable lessons.

Now, with over 35 years of experience, I specialize in transformative change for women in midlife. I’ve helped countless women break free from limiting beliefs, thoughts, and emotions to reignite their spark. The aim is simple: to help you live a life bursting with renewed energy, confidence, and purpose.
