#174 Reclaim Your Confidence Over 50/ft. Kelly Howard

We are discussing many of women’s objections to taking care of themselves and prioritizing themselves in midlife. It can feel terrible to be stuck. We know how it feels to do everything for everyone else and put your needs last. Don’t forget to do the things you want over 50. We love when women decide they are going to give themselves the gift of health, freedom, and feeling great!

How To Reclaim Your Confidence To Do The Things You Want Over 50

Kelly Howard has been connecting women to fitness, freedom, and fun by guiding them to apply consistency, mindset, and adventure to their lives for over 20 years. As a serial entrepreneur, she’s changed thousands of lives with her Fit is Freedom and is a contributing author to a bestseller.

One of our biggest tips for health and fitness is to find the things you enjoy doing to stay active. Start with a plan and find ways to make your brain happy while you work towards your goals. When you do the things you enjoy, it’s much easier to do them because your brain is on board.

Don’t be afraid to do the things you want over 50

Don’t be afraid just to start over again. People often think they aren’t good at something or can’t do something because they missed a day or ate an unhealthy thing, but all you have to do is start over again.

If you just keep starting over again every time you think you messed up or failed, you will eventually find you are just doing it. In the end, it will all work out, even though you might have felt like you had messed it all up.
