    One of our biggest tips when it comes to your health and fitness is to find the things you enjoy doing to stay active. Start with a plan and find ways to make your brain happy while you work towards your goals. When you are doing the things you enjoy doing, it’s much easier to do them because your brain is on board. 

    Don’t be afraid to do the things you want over 50

    Don’t be afraid to just start over again. Many times people think they aren’t good at something or can’t do something because they missed a day or because they ate the unhealthy thing, but all you have to do is start over again. 

    If you just keep starting over again every time you think you messed up or failed, you will eventually find you are just doing it. In the end, it will all work out even though you might have felt like you had messed it all up.
