    Change does not happen overnight, but small steps lead to big shifts. Choose one thing you will no longer sacrifice, whether it is a morning walk, time to read, or saying no to obligations that drain you. Boundaries are not about pushing people away but protecting your well-being.

    Identify One Thing That Fills Your Cup

    What recharges you? What brings you joy? Start with one thing and commit to making time for it, even if it is just 15 minutes a day.

    Let Go of Guilt

    It’s natural to feel guilty when you start prioritizing yourself, but guilt is not a sign that you are doing something wrong—it is a sign that you are stepping outside of old habits. The more you practice putting yourself first, the more normal it will feel.
