    What Is Intermittent Fasting?

    Intermittent Fasting, also called “time-restricted feeding,” is the practice of eating food within a specified “restricted” period daily. One of the most common approaches to intermittent Fasting that you may have heard of includes a 16-hour fasting period of no food intake, followed by an 8-hour feeding period.     Do I get to keep the program once I purchased it?

    All the materials are yours to keep, and you have lifetime access to them.

    Are there any particular foods I need to buy?

    No, you likely have many of them already in your pantry. We might add some more fresh vegetables into the mix. Remember that this is not a daily meal plan that you have to follow, but you choose what you make each day with sometimes the ingredients you have.

    Is there a lot of cooking involved?

    No, not a lot, but some and the recipes are easy and doable. I show you how you can make healthy and delicious meals in no time. Many of the meals take around 30 minutes to prepare, and you don’t need expert cooking experience. I cooked them all myself and tested them for you. 

    How hard are the exercises? I am a beginner.

    We start easy and build on what you learn in the course. I show modifications to make the exercises harder or easier, depending on where you are at this point. The program is designed for the beginner to the intermediate student. 

    What if I have questions?

    Please post them in our private Facebook group. This group is only for paid members of this program. I will be there live several times during the program, and our community has your back as you can ask them as well since they most likely may have the same questions. 

    When do I have to do the exercises?

    Whenever you have time and the exercises are only 15 minutes long. But it would help if you put them on your schedule. We talked about how to participate in the program.

    What if I can’t keep up with the weekly schedule?

    You work at your own pace and do your best given your situation. Remember that you get to keep all the materials and have support from our private Facebook group. The link to the group will be in the email once you join the program.
