I always emphasize the importance of staying active as we age. Being active as a part of your lifestyle is good for your body, mind, and overall well-being and happiness! Doing an activity you enjoy is also key to staying consistent in your fitness practice. I always recommend trying new types of activities to keep yourself engaged in movement and find what type of activity truly motivates you.
There are so many ways to incorporate different types of movement in your life, and with the internet, you can always access classes for something new!
