What I find most interesting about Hope’s approach is it’s centered around yoga and lifestyle movement. She draws on her experiences working with middle-aged women at her yoga studio, where she taught them about the connection between movement, body awareness, flexibility, and strength. She believes everyone can benefit from caring for their body and mind, no matter where they are in life.

    Throughout this episode, Hope shares her fitness journey and emphasizes the mindset changes she had to go through to get healthy. She underscores the importance of small and consistent improvements while breaking down our negative mindsets.

    Interestingly, she now shares her expertise with truck drivers, helping them learn simple stretches, movements, and mind-shifting strategies to improve their health in just minutes a day. She has authored the book “Trucking Yoga Simple Fitness for the Long Haul,” which became an instant staple in the truck driving industry.
